Terry cleaned 7 rooms of carpeting and stretched carpet in upstairs hallway in multiple places.  He also removed and replaced a square of bedroom carpet that was permanently stained using a piece from the closet.  He did a beautiful job and the repairs were flawless.  I've used many carpet companies over the years and this company is excellent.  He also cleaned our ceramic tile floors which are about 10 yrs old.  They looked so much brighter, especially the grout lines which had gotten darker over time.  Carpet Stretching is a company that is professional, polite, friendly and courteous from start to finish!  Called to verify appointment day before and then on scheduled day called to give estimated time of arrival.  They protected all furnishings and cleaned everything up.  They didn't waste any time...just worked hard and got the job done!

Carpet Stretching removed multiple red food stains out of an Oriental carpet and set the color in another middle eastern carpet.  The results were better than I had hoped for!  My dog got into a bag of red Swedish Fish (gummy type candy) and barfed it up in several spots on my oriental carpet-- in the light colored areas!  Terry and his crew arrived on time and explained the process they would go through to attempt to remove the stains before they began working.  This was a tedious job-- a lot of trial and error to see how much they could remove without damaging the carpet-- a lot of apply chemical, steam, blot and observe before doing this over and over many times.  They took their time and successfully removed the stains!  He then cleaned the entire carpet and spot-cleaned the wall-to-wall where the dog had also gotten sick. 

I had another red and indigo colored Middle Eastern carpet that tends to bleed if something is spilled on it.  Terry did a patch test with one of his products that "set" the color so it can eventually be cleaned and not worry about it losing color and I won't have to worry about blotting up spills.  The patch test worked and I will be calling him back to treat the entire carpet.

Terry and his crew were all exceptionally courteous.  He and his main guy obviously know what they're doing.  I can't say enough good things about my experience.

We originally hired Terry to provide an independent assessment of the installation of a very expensive berber carpet we'd just had installed that looked awful to our untrained eyes.  He provided a very objective report, which confirmed our suspicions.  We demanded that the carpet be removed and a credit be provided for the entire amount.  Subsequently, we contracted with Terry to install the replacement carpet.  I can't say enough about Terry, Stacie and his crew.  They are responsive, communicate well, do EXCELLENT work, and are just all around the ideal example of a professional contractor.  They take exceptional care of your home from the booties on their feet, to cleaning up their work area at the end of the day.  Terry followed Carpet and Rug Institute guidelines (get to know CRI standards and your manufacturer guidelines before you let ANYONE in your home) to the letter - we knew what to expect, and he carefully set and then consistently exceeded our expectations.

Finally, I have to also note that Terry walked into the middle of a very difficult situation with the previous sub and our builder, but maintained the highest standards of professionalism.  Honestly, with all we've been through with exceptionally bad contractors, it's people like Terry that help to restore your confidence that there are "good guys" out there shining among the really bad.

I had my carpets stretched and cleaned.  I also had all of my furniture cleaned.  This was a BIG job.  My carpet was very complicated to stretch because of its very flat weave.  I have at least 2000 sq.ft. of carpet.  Terry and his crew were absolutely wonderful.  They came at the specified time.  They were friendly and professional.  My carpet and furniture look incredible.  They were trustworthy.  I felt comfortable leaving them in my house alone when I went to work.  I forgot one closet that needed to be cleaned and I had them put my treadmill back in the wrong place (cord didn't reach).  I called Terry and he came out and cleaned my closet and moved my treadmill at no charge.  He was really wonderful.  I recommend them highly.
